Fishing charters leave Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour at first light on 35 to 45-foot sports fishers with outriggers, a fighting chair and a captain and mate. Kingfish, queenfish, barracuda and, in season, sailfish. Four hours is the standard trip; six for the offshore grounds.
